These folk have fallen on hard times through poverty or unemployment, and make a living by stealing. Some get into theft to look cool, but find it doesn't look so great on their resume.

The Knights' Order often get the better of them, but they never seem to learn their lesson. They think it's cool to make fun of people who try to succeed, so they really need setting straight.
